Custom T Shirt design/sites?

Anyone want to design my team's softball jerseys or know a site that does custom designs or will screen print a custom design I send them?

Team Name: PJ Harper's Shock (PJ Harper's is the bar sponsoring us).

I wanted to do Shockers but it wasn't happening.

(See the Yellow Company Logo on the top left? Says "Shocker Tees Co." and has the Shocker in a small circle?)

I want to change the word "Shocker" to "PJ Harper's" and the words "Tees Co." to "Shock". Keep the Shocker in the small circle but remove the words inside the circle. Just not clean enough for our jerseys I guess and I'm certainly not risking another banning by typing what it says.

Our team colors are Forrest Green and Gray. So, Forrest Green lettering on Gray Jerseys. They're designed to match these beast hats...
