Is Roy Oswalt the best pitcher in baseball

In my mind, there is no question Roy O is the best pitcher in (real) baseball. You can argue Johan, but his seasons always feel like a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. Sheets and Harden are both more dominate when they are healthy, but that's something to factor in too. Roy seems to be much more reliable than the others mentioned here... I don't think you can say the #1 pitcher in baseball is someone as fragile as Sheets, Harden or Halladay.

Sheets has hardly been fragile. Last year was his first real case of injury, and it was a friggin ear infection. This year he had a quick scare, but has shown no ill effects.

If I had to start someone for the 7th game of the World Series, then I would take Pedro over him in a heart beat. So no, Roy is not the best pitcher in real or fantasy baseball.
