Seriously, what are realistic projections for this guy? I'm projecting 70 HR and 170 RBI.

Haha, I think 70 is pretty accurate. Actually he should have a great season with that improved lineup. I'd guess 40hr, 110rbi, something in that ballpark

I could see him having a mini Andruw Jones type breakout.

.300 38 HR 115 RBI 100 runs 5 SB

He's in his prime and has been a career 2nd half player. The AL east is a great place to hit.

I take it you've never seen Wells' at-bats this season. Or how good of a player he was when he had Delgado as protection for ihm back in 2003.


28 HR? He already has 9, so you think he's only going to get 19 more HR in 5 months; or 3.8 per month? (Arpril has ALWAYS been his worst month btw)
