I have an fool in my league who traded me Soriano/Konerko for Abreu and then like 2 weeks later traded me back Abreu/Ray Durham for Adam Dunn

Also eariler I traded Colon/Joe Randa to a guy for Dontrelle Willis/Jt Snow

Right now i wanna get rid of Sizemore, but im not quite sure what I want
