His k rate and bb rate have both improved at this point.
His numbers (ERA and WHIP) should go up a little eventually, but it looks like I've picked up another winner.

My expectations: 16 W, 200 IP, 175 K, 3.25 ERA, 1.15 WHIP

works for me.
