I have an irrational fear of spiders. When I was a kid I was laying in bed one night, and as I reached over to turn out the light saw a big wolf spider as big as my palm on the sheets right next to me. It really freaked me out, and to this day I freak out a little whenever I see one.
Thinking about what America will be like in 20 years when all of these kids that we currently laugh at and pity, will be adults and loose in the country.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I think you're posting in the wrong thread again, Mad. Either that or I'm completely losing it .. which could very well be the case.

I teach those kids... heheh. We'll be fine. You were laughed at when you were that age, too. You just didn't realize it, because there was no internet then
I'm unbearably afraid of being buried alive/drowning/suffocation, yet I have no backstory to it, but they freak the holy bejebus outta me.

You're losing it again.
The question is: What are you afraid of?
My answer is simply all the dumb kids in the world. Each generation it seems this country gets dumber and dumber (and I mean that from an IQ standpoint). Just look around at how many kids cannot spell, use proper grammar, have no respect for anything or anyone, no morals, etc. Scares the crap out of me to realize that these idiots will be adults very soon, and actually responsible for anything. We are doomed.

Water. I can swim if I have to, I took lessons for 3 years, but I just can't stand being in a pool. I love boating, fishing, waterskiing, all that. As an infant I fell face first into a bucket of water and had to be 'rescued'. As a kid I had two instances, one involving floaties on my ankles, which I thought would be neat. Unfortunately, it raised my feet to the top and my head to the bottom. Another instance, I took a huge beach towel and had the corners around my neck like a superhero's cape. I jumped into the water and it got wrapped very tightly around my head. So, needless to say, I'm pretty well afraid of water at this point, which kind of sucks, since my wife and son love to swim.
