So far I'm in 8th place and I have been offering trades like crazy. I actually started out with no closers, too.Here are some trades that I have made:
Duke/Hudson for Furcal
Barmes/Burgos for Turnbow
Picked up Ray/C.C./T.Jones on WW
Dunn/Hawpe for M.Holliday/M.Rivera
Nevin/J.Thomson/J.Schmidt for R.Sexson
Rodney for Verlander

I think I could use another ace starter and maybe another speed guy. Any ideas?

I would trade Sexson. I drafted him myself as well, but I have been trying to deal him for a while now. True, he's in a slump right now and his average will probably improve a bit but still he's going to rack up a lot of SO. You've got other power guys to pick up the slack. Find a speed man and plug him in your UL spot I would reccommend.

Well, I just swapped Sexton/Rivera for Crawford/Wickman. I hate to lose Rivera but am happy to get Crawford.Any opinions?

I think it's a good move. I wouldn't worry too much about losing Rivera. You've got plenty of good relivers to win you saves. Crawford is great option. He's one of those guys like Ichiro who will rack up well across all the categories. Good luck!
