i just made a 3 team deal where i sent bay to get Nathan and then turned around and dealt Vidro for Rowand. would be great if he can get big numbers so my deal doesn't look too bad.

I think Rowand easily.
Mench will possibly hit 10 or so more Hr's and have a few more RBI's but won't steal and will hit for a 20-25 point lower average.
Mench does kill lefty pitching but he's only adequate against righties which also drops his value a bit.

Rowand or Dye
I was thinking about dropping Dye for Rowand?
For some reason Rowand is a FA in my league?!?!

I'd consider it, particularly in light of Dye's calf issue. Ideally you'd wait for him to hit the D/L (god forbid) and then pick up Rowand ... but at any rate you'll have to make a decision soon as Rowand won't be on WW for long.
