could get called up with ortiz banished to the pen. He's struggling so far but if he makes the team should i pick him up? how does he rank against some other pitching prospects? more towards the top or bottom?

Edgar Gonzalez will get the call not Nippert. He's on fire and Nippert needs more time to develop at Triple A. He has a 5 ERA at this point.

Dustin, will be a high K pitcher, but don't expect a good flyball/groundball ratio. He has a flat fastball with not alot of movement, and a hammer curve.

I'd expect him to get touched for a few hr's

I was his catcher in college for a year.
