He has 16 k's in 4 starts so far, and only 1 through 4 innings so far. He's pitching really, really well but I need some K's from him. His era and whip, though, I can't complain about.

Not especially a K pitcher. K/9 in the 7 range.
Ground ball pitcher who gets some Ks.
Be excellent to each other.

As far as I know he is considered an extreme ground ball pitcher who is just very good at what he does. To my knowledge he isn't exceptionally good at getting Ks.

really?

Vintage Webb. Looks like he's not trying to K this year but put the ball in play and doing exactly what he is supposed to.

And "[Webb isn't even underproducing yet]. The season's like [three] weeks in. Let's wait for Maddux to have an ERA over one and Chris Shelton to hit under .400 before we let the ink dry on the record books saying [Webb will only K 115]"
Mangled from DKs words.

What he said [awkwardly].
I'm really not going to complain about Webb's production. Sure a couple more K's would be nice, but his early season ERA and WHIP have been solid. Besides, CZam K'd enough for two pitchers tonight.
