Is he toast? Anyone know how fast he was throwing tonight? He k'd 5, but he gave up 10 hits, many runs, and the WHIP was 2.40

Sure appears that way. I keep sayin' I'll give him one more chance, meanwhile he's killing my pitching numbers. We don't have a bench to stash away guys like him, we have to start everyone.

Everyone besides those who are in a league like BillyHallDisciple have themselves to blame. There really is no reason to start perez gainst a top hitting team

That's how the league's set up, man, it's been that way for eight years. A great, competitive league btw but yeah it'd be nice if we had maybe even 3 bench spots for situations like this.

I don't think he has had a good stretch of 2/3 games in over a year now ... he's been toast for a while.
