what the hell. he is now batting .203 with 1 homer. all the kent owners out there.. are you guys worried? i dont know whether i should try to move him now incase he has a horrible season, but thats gonna be hard because no one in my league seems to like him. how do u guys think hes gonna do? ever since he got hit in the head i think hes 2-22.
Don't even try to trade him. His value is low right now and you never try to trade a guy with low value. He will put up stats so don't worry anyway. We aren't even a month in yet.
Kent is like a million years old, i owned him in 2003 and 2004 and was quite happy, but passed on him in 2005 expecting his age to finally catch up to him, i think this might finally be the year his big decline comes.
or mabe he will bounce bak big, either way sooner or later age catches up with u and kent should decline big soon.

To expect a decline is one thing, but you can't possibly predict going from .290-100-27-100 one year to falling off a cliff with absolutely no production the next.

I don't think Kent is done, but lots of players have crashed very quickly. Boone and Sosa are recent examples.
My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.

i don't expect him to fall of the earth, no, although the finley and boone comparisons were nice.
i would put kent down for
80 runs
20 hr
80 rbi
270 avg
i think that kent will definetly have a decline in production this year, but too much of a dropoff shouldn't be expected, especially if nomar can stay healthy because he will have extra protection. he had literally no protection last year, and still had a great season. his age seems to be catching up to him, but you should put him down for at least 20 hr and maybe 85 - 90 rbi's.
