Reds designated him for assignment today. Anyone who was hoping for 400 AB's from Ryan Freel this year is likely going to get 500+ barring injury. Seeya Tony. Knew this was only a matter of time. But not even making it out of April? Wow. You've outdone yourself.

I was excited about this too, but now I'm not so sure. They traded for an outfielder from the Dodgers (name escapes me). Hasn't Freel been playing left field predominantly?
