Any info on Beltran

Postby ZFever » Mon Apr 24, 2006 6:02 pm

Need to set lineup for the week and I can't find any info if he's playing or not. Anyone know his status?

Either I start Beltran or I start Dye

Thanks

I think he'll play 4-5 games so if you think his production for those 4-5 is higher than Dye's for 6, then start him. Personally, I'd take the chance - but that's because I live dangerously.

still waiting on info as well - especially hard since Mets are on the West Coast and won't have lineups set for another 3 hours (after deadline).

I think I would start Dye. (I'm comtemplating starting Steve Finley in place of Beltran!!!)

Beltran is expected to miss the entire three-game series against the Giants, according to the New York Daily News. A decision will be made by the Mets on Friday as to whether Beltran will go on the disabled list. He's been dealing with a hamstring injury since April 15. <img src=/forums/images/smiles/kiss.gif>
