ok, my batting has been above average and i've constantly done well with my line-up of v. martinez, ortiz, loretta, jeter, chavez, bay, guerrero, sheffield, and my util is hafner. my bench includes guys like giles, glaus, rios, rowand, and overbay.
it's my pitching thats been in question and i was never happy from the start. i may win maybe one or two categories while going H2H each week. i dropped felix hernandez out of frustration with lack of wins. i know he could be a future talent, but let's face it..i need the talent this season as i'm not playing in a keeper league. i can add/drop players at will. as felix's replacement, i picked up bronson arroyo hoping he can add some much needed wins and bolster my era which he has done well since switching leagues.
my question is how i can improve my pitching to put myself over the top. the pitchers i have are: dontrelle, brad penny, millwood, turnbow, dempster, haren, street, arroyo, and freddy garcia. are there any players i should drop (including bench players) and are there any pitchers i should look for. this is an 8 team league, so there are some dependable pitchers out there like kelvim escobar, kenny rogers, mike maroth, brandon mccarthy, scott shields, etc. who should i look out for and who should i drop and add....
