Where do y'all buy mixtapes/underground stuff?

I'm asking because I'd like to pick up 2Pac's unreleased stuff (Makaveli 2-17), but I also want somewhere that's reputable. I don't want anything that isn't going to work. I suppose since they're all bootlegs already, being worried that they're bootlegs isn't much of a concern.

I know eBay is a possibility, but the guys who have these on sale now don't have really great feedback.
