Thoughts on Williams to Philly deal

Well, so much for his remaining fantasy value.

Beyond that, I have no clue as to why Philly made this trade. I understand why the Yanks felt they needed Benitez as an eighth inning bridge to Rivera. I understand why Florida got Urbina to effectively step in for the injured Spooneybarger. But I don't get this at all! If Williams takes the spot that Rheal Cormier has so magificently filled this year, then the Phillies are insane.
