What happened to Utley today? It seems that he was taken out of the game at the beginning of the second inning.

Every right to argue.. The ump tossed him pretty quickly so he must have said something really bad..

Utley was safe and while it was close, it wasn't exactly bang-bang.

I thought he was ejected because when he threw his helmet into the ground it bounced very close to the umpire. But yeah, he was safe.
