I don't think there are doubters as you say. Just people who know he'll be injured again in a month or so.

As a Nomar owner, I can honestly say that most people don't question his ability just whether or not he'll stay healthy...is he worth wasting time, money, roster spots, etc. Who knows how many games he'll give you but you know what he'll give you if he gets between those lines. As an Astro fan though I must admit, I cried and cheered last night. :-)

Nomar is a roll of the dice. I traded for him in a package with Pedro and I am gambling that he will be healthy. IF he remains relatively healthy, he should produce. He really has no pressure on him, playing in his hometown. He is also hitting fifth and should get tons of RBI opps. I am playing him at SS though where he is much more valuable. Keeping my fingers crossed. Come on Nomahhhhhh!!!!
