New exciting league expected to start in 2004

I'm planning to start a new league in 2004, as I have said before. This time, I'll include details. First, the league will be keeper. Next, It will be an auction style draft with 30 players, but you get a nice $350 to spend. (more than a 23-$260 rate) I know auction drafts are long, but you get a shot on every player. You will select: At least 1 player at each defensive position, 5 starters, 4 relievers (2 closers), and the rest is up to you. Only 20 players can get points for you at one time.
