I agree with Ryan on the part about the text. It also feels a little heavy on the right side. It's vey clean and nice. I think you could have used just one of the pics and make it smaller work with the text and the balance should work it self out. They'll be other contests and you'll be better by that time

Overall I think that looks really nice. Since you asked, however, I'd reccomend altering it in the following ways:

Fix that Text
The outerglow and bevel-like effect on it is kinda meh. I'd try blending it into the background more.

Lose one of the full opacity pictues
Right now you don't know what the focal point is. Either blend one of those pics or lose it all together

Up the contrast
Contrast is good. Right now the player looks real bright and blurred.
