How many teams and what format?

If 12 team, then I think you look pretty good except for your closers. Picking those guys up helped your staff alot. Marquis is in a contract year, i.e. Beltre 2 years ago and I think Bedard is for real. Mazzone will help him get at least 15 wins this year. He looked good last year until he went down.

Offensively, it would be nice if you could add one more bat with some power to help with HRs, RBIs and OPS (if that is a cat.) and maybe a guy who can nab some bases.

You might be able to work a trade for one of your better pitchers and a decent bat to upgrade at the power spot and/or relievers.

Also, have you considered mailing in the saves cat and power up in the other cats.?

Overall, if this is a 12 team league I think you are sitting pretty, again except for saves. Just trying to find a way for you to cement the best team and leave no doubts.

Heh, this looks an awful lot like the team that is number two in my league! So thats not all bad. I think your right about your pitching, but there are some really good spots there too. I'm loving Penny this year, and I've talked to several people who think Duke will have a pretty good showing.
