I currently have the #2 waiver priority but I don't want to use it on B. Hawpe, however, I think there is a good chance he may clear waivers. If I happened to go out this evening and come home late, at what time could I pick him up after he clears waivers???
It says he is on waiver until April 21st (tommorrow).
Thanks for the tip...
Basically I'm complicated.
I have a hard time taking the easy way
I wouldn't call it schizophrenia
But Ill be at least two people today
Its not 3AM EST. I waited till 4 AM just the other night and the player still didn't come off waivers. Went to sleep, woke up at 630AM EST and he was off waivers. So I'm thinking sometime around 6AM EST is when they come off waivers.

i agree, its probably around 5 or 6 am EST. I live on the west coast, and players definetly are NOT off waivers at midnight 12 AM PST (3 AM EST).
Last year in football I discovered a glitch you can use in your favor (unless they have fixed it). At 3:01 Eastern if you have a waiver claim in on a player it will not go through until some time later as mentioned by previous posters. If you cancel your waiver and no one else has a waiver claim in, that player becomes a free agent so you can pick him up without having to use your waiver priority - if someone else has a waiver claim in on him, he will still show as being on waivers so you have to put your waiver claim back in and whoever has the highest priority gets him of course. Dunno if that still works.
Still holds the MLB record for Grand Slams with 23

Wow, that sounds confusing. And you'd think they'd fix something like that.
Anyways, I think the correct time would be somewhere between 2am-3am PST. I'm on the west coast and was watching Clement drift from waivers to free agency at about that time the other night.
one time i was waiting to see a guy come off waivers, and i checked the next morning, and at aprx 8am CST they were all still on waivers.
so i dont know if there is really a set time of not
