Does anyone have some names that we need to know of that aren't in the minor leagues but are from different countries and soon could have a future in the MLB?

The most likely to come over and be worth something:

Daisuke Matsuzaka P 25 y.o. Wants to come to US. May be posted in time to come over in 2007.

The best player in the WBC:

Yulieski Gourriel 2B 21 y.o. Some thought he might defect, but his family is supposedly in the Cuban government (i.e. they like it there). Doubtful he comes over anytime soon, if at all. But if you here he's coming, he supposedly is VERY good.

Pretty much all I know on the international front.
