Why sit Kent ?

Postby titanut » Sat Jul 19, 2003 4:49 pm

Just off the dl, he needs ABs to get his timing down ! I have this
fear that J Williams is stupid enough to platoon Kent, Ensberg and
Blum. Someone tell me I am wrong.

He's trying not to overwork him. He's obviously still a little fragile. He'll be back to normal duty soon, I'm sure. So sit back and relax!

It is irritating though. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

It was a scheduled day off. Jiminy is just playing it safe since Blum & Ensberg have been playing well. Trying to keep him healthy for the run with the Cards and Cubs.

Jimy Williams said he wants to start Kent 2 out of every 3 days. I think he's still afraid of causing Kent to re-aggravate his wrist. Kent said he's fine and feels no pain so I don't think this will last too long.
I could be wrong in what I'm saying but I'll be dead before I realize it.
