It stands for "Will Help In Return."

It is stupid though, because it means that someone who knows nothing about a certain situation might respond and give you "advice" that is inaccurate.

From my experience, a lot of the time, you don't want the help they give :-D

PEAVY > PEDRO
UTLEY > HUFF
DELGADO < HAFNER

DO IT QUICK!! B-)

Is the WHIR question in the FAQ somewhere?

I notice that. I go off on guys who put WHIR and don't help. I specifically only post in thos guys stuff because I know they're not just there and say they'll help back. If they don't, I call them on it big time in their thread.

True, you probably don't want their help, but they shouldn't put that in to make their post more enticing to comment about with no intention of helping back.

I put WHIR and I always answer all my links. And you can't just say anyone who has WHIR knows nothing about a certain situation so they couldn't possibly help in another. If I do say so myself I'm pretty good at this game but sometimes I look for others opinions.

I enjoy offering help to people in that draft forum, but I avoid posts that say "WHIR". I don't know why, it just bugs me for some reason.

My thoughts exactly. Also, if someone just blows in and leaves a one sentence thought and then posts their link, I'll only post one sentence. If they put a lot of thought and time in, I'll do the same for them.
