I don't think so either. He'll be back and still hit 35-40hr, 90+ rbi, .285 avg.

Junior Griffey is back to being a valuable player. Especially the way the Cincy offence is rolling this year.

May have been a real hasty move. He'll probably be snapped on waivers in no time.
Granted, he is very injury prone so you could end up looking very smart.

I've noticed that he's never been on the DL in the months of November or December. That's something!!

I don't think it is a good move either he is on DL slash him there or trade him. I don't think he will hit 40 HR but he can hit at least 30 if he is healthy. He is relatively healthy last year and look at him. He hit 35 last year. Bad Bad move......

I hate to see him get all these injuries every year. I remember when Jr. was like GOD. What do you think his Rookie card is worth now?
and a side question, what was the last year he was in the Home Run derby?
