Where can I get better?

What would you say is my greatest need? It's a 5X5 10 team Keeper Roto league with OBP instead of BA.

I think your SP is a bit weak. I would try to trade one of your closers (Gordon or Cordero) in some sort of deal that would bring you better SP. Maybe Glavine + Gordon for a BMyers, BWebb, JPatterson level starter. Maybe they will bite on Glavine's hot start and need a closer.
See if you can get them to take Cordero first. he was awful today.
