Any shot that he gets called up any time soon? He has pitched well in AAA, striking out 17 in 18 innings while only walking one with a 3.44 ERA. Any one have any information on this? I want to drop someone for Cameron but he looks like the only choice but it could be a huge mistake if he ends up getting a rotation spot soon. Should I drop him for Cameron in a non keeper? I need some more pop and steals...

I'd say absolutely. Rookie pitchers will usually be very inconsistent when they first pitch in the bigs. If you are in a deeper league, or an NL only league, this makes a lot of sense. Pick up Cammy.

Wainright has already recieved the call, he's in the pen right now, and is our best arm out of the pen at the moment. Ponson hasn't looked too bad so far, so I doubt that Reyes is up anytime soon.

Personally, I think he gets traded for another bat in the lineup. That or he is called up into the pen as well, seeing as how our bullpen is pretty shaky. My hunch is on getting traded.

Of course, injuries change everything.........

I think the worst time to have a heart attack is during a game of charades...or a game of fake heart attack.

Reyes isn't coming up anytime soon. I want another bat in the line-up, but I don't want it costing Reyes. Not sure they'll trade him either, seeing as 4/5ths of the Cardinal's starting rotation next year will be free agents.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

The Cards rotation is going strong, and we know LaRusa doesnt like to start rookies. Besides Wainwright is doing extremely well in the pen, I would think he would get the call?
