While it might be a 2002 topps chrome refractor card - which is worth less then $0.75 -- most, if not all, of Derek Lowe cards are inexpensive and carry little resell value.

Agreed. Plus the numbers are nothing special. If you had say #1 of 2002, that would be a plus, or if there were less printed (say 500), then there could be some real value, but as it sounds, I doubt it's worth all that much as Lowe doesn't demand big money in the baseball card world.
