Top Minor SP, but whose left?

The following Pitchers have been taken and their order:

Can anyone please tell me the next say 5-6 best P prospects available? Any clear cut P that has not already been taken?

I would say that Cesar Carillo would be your best option after those guys that are taken.

If you're talking only about SPs not currently in MLB, and not counting foreign leagues, here's my 6:

- A. Sanchez
- A. Loewen
- H. Penn
- J. Hirsch
- C. Hamels
- C. Carrillo

If foreign players are eligible, I would put D. Matsuzaka above all these.

If you include RPs, for roto I might put F. Cabrera and J. Broxton above the 6 SPs listed, as the consensus seems to be they both will be closers at least by next year. C. Hansen is another to consider, altho now his 'closer of the future' status seems threatened by Papelbon. Whether I took a SP or RP would depend on what type of league I was in, what other pitchers I already had and how many picks I had. It would help if you provided this info. If I had 2 picks, I'd probably try for 1 SP and 1 RP.
