Need owner for CBSsportsline.com online league-$1000 prize

Hello, I am starting a CBS sportsline.com league online. The league will have 18 teams, it will be a mixed league, head-to-head, with a playoff at the end of the season. The grand prize winner will get $1000, with other prizes awarded as well. The league will be an online draft league and the cost will be $100 to play for the entire season (just $4 a week), plus a $8 stat fee.
