Will he ever hit??? Should I be patient with him???? Any info from Padres Homers?
Basically I'm complicated.
I have a hard time taking the easy way
I wouldn't call it schizophrenia
But Ill be at least two people today
If that's OK
And I can go on, and on, and on...
But who cares?

What do you expect from him? He seems pretty normal right now. Check out his april from last season and the year before.
Interesting, this guy is a true slow starter, check the career splits.

He's the ugliest position player in baseball. I've never drafted him solely for that reason. Now that he's finally playing worse than he looks I feel pretty good about my decision.

.446 OBP, yea he sucks. Some people let the 5 x 5 fantasy stats rule their worlds....

Nuggets chill man. I've never said he's a bad player, I just think he's painful to look at. He runs like he's got a full diaper and he looks like he has Downs. He's an OBP machine. Always has been. But I can't force the rest of my team to look at him every day. Bad for a Fantasy Team's chemistry.

haha, but your punch line has no meaning because he isn't playing that ugly.

The important thing is he's really really ugly.

Giles hasn't been exciting as a fantasy player for several years now, and he's getting further and further away from being useful as he gets older. He's a nice guy to platoon away from sd, but other than that, he's close to free agent level as an outfielder. Personally i'd rather shoot myself in the face than get only 15 hrs from an outfielder, so i haven't had him on any team in a while. Definitely a guy i'd want to platoon with a deep bench, but always gets drafted too early for me to get him.
