For a 12 team league, that looks like a solid, well-rounded team. You have a little speed with Rollins, Sizemore and Bay; and nice power with Chavez, Hafner, Berkman and Bay.

My only concern would be saves, but with in a 12 team league its tough to get more than 2 good closers.

So tell me, how are you looking in the standings thus far?

Your team looks solid, but you do have a few spots where you can improve. I'd look to add another closer to your team (not a big addition i.e. Weathers, Burgos, etc.).
