Clemens: will he or won't he?

Postby rib217 » Wed Apr 19, 2006 3:11 am

I think Clemens will pitch in '06, i'm also thinking the Yankees is where he'll end up (best chance of a ring there), maybe houston though.

What does everyone else think on the topic of the Rocket?

I wish I knew. I'm kind of out of the loop here in Seattle. I have Clemens stashed away on my bench as well. The last report on Rotoworld quoted Al Leiter of all people, saying he thought Clemens will definitely return this year. What kind of a source is that?

I have Clemens sitting on my bench too.

Hopefully by May 1, the first day the Astros can resign him, we'll get some good news.

I think he ends up with Houston.

i just traded him...right now he's too risky to keep...i say if you can sell him high then do it

for some reason someone in my league wanted him very badly so i force all i could out of him...in the end i was able to get pierre for him in a one-for-one deal...i say just shop him around for a while and if the right deal presents itself (as it did in my case) then go for it

I see him coming back for Houston in May or June. I hope he comes back for the Yankees, though.

Hmm, not a terrible suggestion to shop him.

Pitching is worth a lot in my league as it's a poing league (not roto).

I wonder what I can get for him....
