I'd draft C.C. before Jerome if I was a GM 'cause he's already won 20 games and has recovered nicely after a sophomore slump. Jerome certainly looks great (I have him in my league) but I can't see saying he's better than C.C. after just 1/2 a season. However, as far as generating fantasy points, Jerome's better just 'cause the team he's on gives him better run support.
But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
C.C. is also over weight. After his 2000 (or 2001) year i looked into him after his 20 wins. did you know that he gained like 100 (100!!) lbs in like 3 years.
