So, I'm in a 6x6, 6 team Head to Head League on Yahoo, with the following positions

Batters:

C - Ivan Rodriguez
1B - Ryan Howard
2B - Chone Figgins
3B - Hank Blalock
SS- Micheal Young
MI - Omar Vizquel
OF - Carlos Lee
OF - J.D. Drew
OF - Carlos Beltran
OF - Jonny Gomes
UTIL - Jim Thome
BN - Chad Tracy
BN - Manny Ramirez

Pitchers:
SP - Randy Johnson
SP - Felix Hernandez
SP - Rich Harden
SP - Josh Beckett
SP - Jose Contreras
SP - Johan Santana
SP - Roy Halladay
SP - Mark Mulder
RP - Billy Wagner
RP - Huston Street
RP - Bobby Jenks
RP - Derrick Turnbow

As you can see, I have a huge excess of dominant starters, but I don't really know who to trade for. Aramis Ramirez is currently a free agent, but I don't know whether to pick him up or not as well.

I would definitely pick up ARam. He is in a slump but I don't think he should be a FA.

If you havent been told yet, Welcome to the Cafe.

A-Ram is slumping but get him yesterday before he is gone. He shouldnt be on waivers in a 4 team league.

Manny is slumping but unless hurt get him back in your lineup over Gomes or Howard ( until Howard starts to slug which he will...........)

How many teams BTW, that looks ridiculously talented for any league 8 teams or more. I’ of the opinion you can never hoard enough pitching. If you cant trade something else try and land some MI help though. As loaded as that team looks I still think you can do better than Omar Vizquel in your MI.

You have good versatility on offense IMO and a good staff. Pick up Aram, put Manny in your starting lineup, and try packaging something like Mulder and Wagner for a MI such as Michael Young.

I would definitely pick up Aramis for Blalock. Its really tough to trade in smaller leagues because every team is stacked and the waiver wire is filled with guys like Aram. I think you are really going to have to wow someone to make a big trade.

Bump.

EDIT: I want to add Rafael Soriano before he starts closing, but I don't know who to get rid of.
