Slow start or bad team. Should I be patient with all of my players or start to worry. Who should I be worrying about. So far I think my record is about 10-12 but I got killed in one week.

I'm not big on Konerko, or your closers, but your team is pretty solid and I wouldn't go crazy just yet.
