Suggestions/Ideas for this Team?

Ok, I won my league last year but had to let go most of my guys in this years draft. I wish I could have kept all 27 guys. I obviously need pitching, or least I do so far this season.

Who is tradable off my list of pitchers, other than the obvious like Rodney, and what do you think I could get/need in return for them? I realize that Colon and these guys can be that bad all year.
