The Cubs have old and busted Todd Walker at 2B with Jerry Hairston's weak bat behind him... what they need is an all-around player like Soriano at 2B... they've got a great prospect in Felix Pie who is unproven in the bigs, but who was born to provide pop and speed at the leadoff postion and play in the OF... the problem is they already have Pierre...
Nats have two great 2Bs and has to put one of them in RF to create errors and lose tight games. He's hitting good, but he's batting leadoff and he'd be much better utilized batting 2 or 3. What the nats need is a pure leadoff hitter and outfielder... a guy like Pie...
who do i call to make this deal happen?

I dont think the Cubs would do that. Todd Walker is playing really well right now. They also just signed D Lee to a long term extension so they probably wouldnt be able to keep Soriano after this season.
Soriano plays left field by the way. You are right though he shouldnt be batting leadoff in any line up.
