the only problem is, i dont think it will be possible to get it under the size limit without it being extremely bad quality.

I made a bet in 2003 that the Devil Rays would win the 2008 World Series. Oh so close.

can someone resize it to be still pretty good quality but under the size limit?

You could make the background color the color of the Cafe BG and get transparency 50% of the time. Completely transparent I don't think you can get it under 12K without killing it.

I can't remember if you were the one with Photoshop Elements, but if you can save it as a PNG-8 you can get more colors out of it. I think it was 24 compared to 18 when I messed with it. Though when you look at the two there's not much of a difference.
