Who would you drop to pick him up? I think he still has value. Players tend to get dismissed as "finished" if they sit out a year. But take a look at Schilling and Thome this year.

I don't think he's being "dismissed" I think he is being red flagged as an injury risk, and rightfully so. It's not like he was given this rep' overnight, he has established a track record of not being the most durable player. That being said, if space is a luxury you have on your roster I think he has some value. On the other hand, if you need a reliable body to plug in @ SS you may want to consider one of the younger, healthier guys like Hardy, Crosby or Barmes.
