No, he's not really good at any aspect of pitching (edit: although I guess he doesn't go out of his way to walk guys). He's great against Cleveland over the last year though, so spot start him in AL only leagues? He's a back of the rotation innings filler who I would be very pleased to get a 4.50 era out of this year.

He's sort of a poor man's Jamie Moyer (when Moyer was good). As mentioned he is mostly a good left handed innings eater. Hopefully Kenny Rogers, who is a very similar and more experienced pitcher, will help him improve a little this year. Of course, I'm not hoping for too much there, but it's not out of the question.
