He got beaned in the helmet. I would guess he's just shaken up and will be fine tomorrow. He looked disoriented, but not hurt.

Looked like he just got his bell rung pretty good. He was shaking it off as he went to the dugout & it looked like he said "I'll be ok" to one of the trainers & that they took him out as a precaution.

Yep, he walked off completely on his own power. Could possibly be a mild concussion (not any report there...just basing it off his reaction and the fact that he looked like he was seeing birdies there for a minute) but I don't think he'll be out long if at all.

A CT scan showed that Jeff Kent suffered a slight concussion when he was beaned by Brad Hennessey on Sunday night. He also had a little blurryness in his left eye.
Kent is scheduled to see an ophthalmologist on Monday. He'll still be considered day-to-day, and only mixed leaguers with a strong alternatve should consider benching him for the week. Apr. 17 - 1:08 am et

I've got way too many guys getting hurt this season. I hope Kent pulls through. For precautionary reasons I'm sitting him until he shows he's not effected by the plunking.
