i think sizemore will still end up with 20/20 and hit around .280-.290...the numbers will add up in the end, dont get too frustrated, its still early...

as for peralta...im not really sure what to think. for a 2 game stretch there it seemed like he was going to bust out, but he came back down to earth. i expected 25 hr and 100 rbi but im not so sure now. he sort of came from nowhere last season, not too highly regarded it seemed. he could possibly be a 1 yr wonder, but i sure hope not considering he's my SS.

Peralta had something like an 0-16 slump until yesterday. He's just started off slowly and it won't take much to get the #'s back up. Also, I'm pretty sure he was highly regarded coming through the system. I think they gave up on Vizquel b/c they wanted to make room for JP.

Sizemore was just traded in one of my leagues in a package deal with D. Baez for C. Shelton and C. Crisp. Seems like a lopsided trade...even moreso if Sizemore doesn't get his act together. That said, I still like them both this year. Both Peralta and Sizemore started out slowly last year (hell, Peralta didn't even have the starting job), but then turned it on. It's only 3 weeks into the season, so don't be hasty. I have Peralta, and I plan on sticking with him come hell or high water.

easy answer: 2 weeks into the season! 45 ab of 500 lets 1/10 of a full season. My bet is the other 9/10ths will be a lot better. ;-D

yeah, we've played two weeks, what....twenty four or so to go.

These guys didn't have massive stats early on, did they?

Yeah, Sizemore isn't doing anything apart from bat .320 and score a ton of runs. What a bum!
