I just traded Him for Jason Bay . I like drafting guys around the 80th selection, and then flipping for guys I would have taken with a top 13 selection

What fun is it to play with a bunch of n00bs?

Bing Hampton wrote:Sure, that is a good trade today, but it wouldn't really blow my mind if Wells earns more than Bay this year.
Wells isn't even close to as good a hitter as Bay is, so it's unlikely that he'll outperform him. Swapping him for Bay straight up is an amazing trade.
Well, from where I'm standing it looks like Wells best season so far is about 15% better than anything Bay has accomplished (with the exception of Bay's SBs in 05- which you must concede were a suprise to everybody). Wells is 2 months younger, BTW.
Bay may be the better hitter IRL, but it wouldn't really blow my mind if Wells OUTEARNS him this year.
Edit: VW just stole his 2nd as well.
p.s. I am not an owner of either of these players.

That was a terrible trade, you'll regret that eventually (if not now, thanks to wells great start)
For those of you who picked the Reds to be last in the central (including espn and si)...i hate all of you, and you are wrong...
