I wouldn't count so much on Jason Smith continuing to produce at SS, so go with Cabrera unless there are better waiver options.

Also, I prefer in my own Yahoo leagues to stick with my regular positin players and build a bench of starting pitchers that can be plugged in when they start. Having Blalock and A Ramirez is kind of a waste - you can certainly deal either one for a good SP. And B. Inge can be dropped for another SP.

That's just my preference as far as best use of the bench.
