I have ARAM and Pierre too but you CANNOT bench these guys. ARAM is very streaky but when he is hot he is one of the best 3rd beasemen in the league. Pierre, well, I know the feeling but the guy is a 300 hitter. He has his ups and downs but you have to take em both.

I on the other hand woke up determined to start Brett Myers today in Colorado based on his career numbers vs the Rokies at Coors. Then I read someone's STUPID message on these boards and I stupidly benched him considering there were 34 runs scored in the 1st 2 games and Myers has not been too good in his first 2 starts. You live and you learn. I'm still in 1st in one league and 2nd in another.

just traded clemens for pierre straight up ...the other guy really wanted clemens and was benching pierre due to the slow start...hopefully he will start to pick it up soon so i can rub it in the guy's face

Pierre had a slow start in 05 and 01-03 as far as SB goes (04 was an exception) I LOVE him with Baker and CHC lineup behind him!

I am completely intending on trading for him, but I'm going to wiat a week or two to try. The Pierre owner probably drafted him in the late 5th or higher and probably wants more compensation for him. Give him a couple more weeks to squeel, maybe start talking "theoretic trades" with that owner not involving Pierre and eventually include him in trades later? It's an art, but I've been doing it for 10+ years
