Wonder who is speculating this? I like the sound of it though....more injuries, more I say.
Roger Clemens, SP HOU
News: Injuries to Houston's Brandon Backe and Boston's David Wells have forced both pitchers to go on the 15-day DL, but they've also fueled speculation as to the possible return of Roger Clemens to one of those two teams. There has been no official word of a Clemens return as of yet.
Analysis: Clemens mentioned just prior to the start of the season that he'd be tempted to return if injuries were to befall the rotations of the teams he's said he'd join (Houston, Texas, Boston, N.Y. Yankees). It will be interesting to see if he will throw his hat back into the ring now that these teams could use a starter to fill out their rotation.

Ah, can't forget about that
Then he won't be playing until after May 1st

Wang? Someone hit Wright over the head...what a waste of money.
As to Clemens, he is going to go to the highest bidder. Don't be fooled by any of the nonsense he spews as he is the master at self promotion. The man will get something like 15 M to pitch 3 or 4 months. The only question is with who imo.

Guess that knocks the Marlins out of the running.
