After the first week or so i'm bouncing between 1-4 in the standings. What can I improve on? Which guys should i move? Any suggestions on how to go about tweaking my team would be greatly appreciated.

you could use one more quality starter and you should really work on that middle and corner outfield position...you seem to be lacking greatly...what FA's are there?
